Filling Out Form

Company Statutory Filings

Your Companies House record, kept right

Confirmation statements, director and PSC changes, share transfers and identity verification. Your Companies House record kept accurate and compliant.

Statutory filings are the paperwork of simply existing as a company. They’re not difficult. They’re just easy to forget — and the consequences of forgetting are out of all proportion to the effort involved.

Failing to file a confirmation statement is a criminal offence. Persistent late filing can get your company struck off the register, which is as disruptive as it sounds.

We keep the whole record straight for you.

What we handle

  • Confirmation statements — the annual check that your company details are correct. Shareholders, share capital, SIC codes, registered office, people with significant control.

  • Director appointments and resignations, and changes to their details.

  • PSC updates when the people controlling the company change.

  • Registered office and registered email address changes.

  • Share issues, transfers and allotments, with the paperwork done properly.

  • Statutory registers kept up to date.

  • Dormant company filings if you’re holding a company in reserve.

Identity verification — the deadline is close

Hand Holding Card

This is the one to pay attention to right now.

Under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act, every company director and person with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House. Existing directors and PSCs have until 18 November 2026.

Verification is free and takes around fifteen minutes through GOV.UK One Login, or can be done through an authorised agent. You’re issued a personal code that follows you as an individual across every directorship you hold.

The consequences of not doing it are real. An unverified director blocks your confirmation statement — and failing to file that is itself a criminal offence. Companies House has new enforcement powers and has been clear it intends to use them.

If you haven’t done yours yet, do it this month. If you’re not sure whether it applies to you, ring us and we’ll tell you in two minutes.

Why bother outsourcing it?

Because these deadlines don’t announce themselves. They sit in the background until something goes wrong — usually when you’re trying to open a bank account, take on investment or sell the business, and someone runs a check on your Companies House record.

We track every date, prepare every filing and tell you when we need something from you. You get on with running the business.
