Treninzo takes your bookkeeping off you entirely. We keep your records up to date throughout the year — sales, purchases, bank reconciliation, expenses, the lot — so that at no point do you have to reconstruct nine months of trading from memory and a bank statement.
Why it matters more than people think
Bookkeeping has a reputation as admin. It isn’t. It’s the raw material for every useful decision you’ll make.
When your records are current, you can actually see things: which customers pay late, which jobs make money and which quietly don’t, whether that subscription you signed up for in March is still being taken. When they’re nine months behind, all you have is a number at the end of the year and no way of doing anything about it.
Because we’re in your books regularly, we spot things early. A cash flow squeeze coming in two months. A VAT threshold you’re about to cross. A cost that’s crept up by a third without anyone noticing. That’s the proactive bit — and it only works if someone’s looking.
Digital by default
Keeping records digitally is no longer really optional. VAT-registered businesses have had to do it for years under Making Tax Digital for VAT, and Making Tax Digital for Income Tax now applies to sole traders and landlords too.
We’ll get you onto software that fits how you actually work — not the most complicated option on the market — and then we’ll run it. Snap a photo of a receipt, send us the bag of paperwork, or just leave your bank feed connected. Whatever suits you.
No judgement
